The Lost Things

Starving for inspiration

I dive into my imagination

Just to find pieces that I left behind

Like that stormy day that we found out

We had to move to a new place

A new country

A new space

Arriving I feel like roots have been ripped apart

Trees that over grew now are begging for a new start

Starving for inspiration

I look for my imagination

That I can no longer find

Where’s that secret world I created

The one behind my closet door?

Can you, please, help me find it once more?
